Overview of the Digital Technology Team:

The digital marketing technology team is utilizing cutting edge technology solutions to broadcast PESI’s mission around the globe.  This is a team of experienced digital marketers with whom you will grow and expand your knowledge by collaboration and innovation.

What I will be doing: (responsibilities)

  • Create, update and deploy email marketing campaigns, web templates, landing pages, and forms that align with the full customer journey – from acquisition to retention and re-engagement
  • Monitor email campaign metrics and generate actionable insights to improve future campaigns
  • Present campaign performance reports regularly, highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next
  • Analyze customer data to identify behavioral trends and segmentation opportunities
  • Monitor and stay current on competitive and industry digital marketing trends, tools, and resources
  • Test new strategies to build audiences, increase engagement, and boost reach
  • Collaborate across departments to support the overall marketing and business objectives

What I bring to the team: (skills and requirements)

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, preferred

  • Use your own creative abilities and data skills to enhance and refine our proven marketing methodology
