Linda Nozart MPH, BSRT, RRT, AE-C, “The Asthma Lady” is the CEO of Noz Health ED, LLC a Healthcare Consultant Business, the Host of RTs Share Tea podcast and a public speaker on asthma education and community health program development. Previously, she was the Administrative Director of the Asthma Program at NYC H + H/Woodhull Hospital where she oversaw the NYC Department of Health Asthma Center of Excellence CHW Asthma Case Management Program reducing ER visits for pediatric patients. For over 14 years, she has led asthma steering committees, interdisciplinary workgroups, and allied coalitions as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Asthma Educator. In the past, she has facilitated workshops for the Brenda Pillars Asthma Education Program and the One City Health DSRIP 3d ii project "Expansion of Home-Based Environmental Asthma Management." Linda served 4 years as the Chairperson to the North Brooklyn Asthma Action Alliance (NBAAA), an award-winning asthma coalition that caters to reduce disparities in health care by serving medically underserved communities and providing access to quality care. She also served as an active core member of the Woodhull Hospital's Employee Recognition Committee. Linda Nozart received her Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care and Master of Public Health at Long Island University Brooklyn (LIU).

Damien Fisher PharmD, AE-C, graduated from Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2004. He prolonged his studies and completed an American Society Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited residency with an Emphasis on Community and Ambulatory Care at the University of Tennessee. He became intrigued in academia, during his career he has held three Clinical Assistant Professor positions at Hampton University School of Pharmacy and University of Houston College of Pharmacy, as well as South University School of Pharmacy. His passion in the ambulatory care world is within the areas of pulmonary and dermatology. He is currently certified as an asthma educator and is heavily involved with the American Lung Association (ALA) as a national presenter. He extended his oratory skills to other organizations such as Georgia Pharmacist Association, National Pharmacist Association, and the Better Breathers Club. He serves as a board member of the National Association Certified Asthma Educator Board and as clinical consultant to the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) advocating for asthma educators' opportunities. Damien is currently working at University of Texas Medical (UTMB) as an outpatient pharmacy clinical practice specialist within the specialty of pulmonology, dermatology, and allergy. As a patient advocate in this position, Damien ensures his patients achieve healthy outcomes from biologic or nonbiologic medications.
