Philip H. Friedman, Ph.D.
Philip H. Friedman, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in Philadelphia. He is a practicing clinician with over 40 years of experience. Dr. Friedman is the director of the Foundation for Well-Being and the author of several books, numerous articles, and the Friedman Assessment Scales on Well- Being, Affect, Beliefs, Quality of Life and Personal/Spiritual Growth. Dr. Friedman makes many media appearances and his work has been featured on radio, television and in multiple newspapers.
Dr. Friedman has served as faculty at both Jefferson and Hahnemann University and Medical School, in Philadelphia. He currently serves as an adjunct professor with the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA. He was a supervisor for the Association of Marital and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and Director of Training in MFT for many years at Jefferson Medical School. Dr. Friedman is the author of The Forgiveness Solution: The Whole Body Rx for Finding True Happiness, Abundant Love and Inner Peace (Conari Press, Dec. 2009).
