Clare Janty, PA-C
Clare Janty, PA-C, is a member of the International Coach Federation and a Master-Certified life coach. In 2007, she was named Coach of the Year by the Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching. Clare has over 30 years of experience in family medicine and currently works for the Mayo Health System. She applies her coach skills in the health arena using them during the everyday office visit as well as targeted coaching programs for chronic disease management and in promoting healthier lifestyles. Clare spear-headed a community coalition healthier lifestyle project and continues to lead ongoing follow-up sessions for program graduates.
Ms. Janty also coaches in industry, working with management to improve health profiles of employees through individual coaching as well as group presentations. Clare is committed to improving health in her community and is a founding member, and serves on the executive committee, of her local free clinic and the Pink Ribbon Advocacy group for breast cancer survivors.
