Samuel Grossman, BS Pharm, PharmD, CDE
Samuel Grossman, BS PHARM, PHARMD, CDE, is a clinical pharmacist and diabetes educator at the Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Health Care System. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing of the City University of New York and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy at Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy of Long Island University.
Dr. Grossman is a member of the Diabetes Advisory Board to the Commissioner of Health and Senior Services of the state of New Jersey. In addition, he is the President of both the Garden State Association of Diabetes Educators and the Diabetes Care On-The-Go, Inc., a diabetes education center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Grossman has published numerous publications in the area of diabetes and has given many presentations on this topic. Dr. Samuel Grossman is also the recipient of the 2012 Diabetes Educator of the Year Award from the American Association of Diabetes Educators New Jersey Coordinating Body.
