Stephen Madigan, MSW, MSc, PhD
Dr. Stephen Madigan is internationally recognized as a highly gifted award-winning couple therapist. He travels 3 months a year giving couple therapy workshops across 5 continents and offers ongoing supervision through live couple therapy demonstrations for international High Conflict Couple Therapy Teams. Stephen is a best-selling author of the APA published book Narrative Therapy in 2012 and 2019 (3rd Edition out Fall 2024), holds an MSW and MSc and PhD in Couple and Family Therapy, wrote the first doctoral dissertation on narrative therapy, is the Director of Training at the Vancouver School for Narrative Therapy, and content manager for narrative’s largest online interactive learning site VSNT.live. Stephen is the proud father of 28-year-old twin daughters and competed internationally with Canada’s Ultimate Frisbee team in three world championships.
